We support, guide and advise young people on any issues they face within their daily lives, either on an emergency or planned basis. We aim to provide and promote a culture that enables young people to make very positive choices within their lives which are both sustainable and achievable for their futures. We support young people who have moved into their own tenancy and who need guidance accessing further education, training or employment.
JMT In-Touch develop and build positive relationships with all relevant agencies and with local authorities to ensure there is clear understanding of the issues affecting the young person. We actively support and uphold the rights, responsibilities and advocacy needs of all young people.
Our team believe that every young person has the right to feel safe, secure and supported. We aim to help young people with key life transitions and achieve positive outcomes relating to life skills. We focus on employability, training, further education, budgeting and finance, independence, choices, health and well-being, housing and accommodation whilst supporting the young person on their road to independence.
